Registration fees

Registration Fees  |
* Early-bird discount entitlement for registration
received by 30 June 06.
**Members of the Singapore Physiotherapy
Association (SPA) need to quote their SPA membership number to
qualify for the discounted rate.
***Full-time students, enrolled for
degrees or diplomas in a university or other tertiary institution,
as well as local pre-university students, are eligible for the
student rate. Registration forms must be accompanied by an official
letter from the student’s institution, advisor or teacher verifying
the student status.
****GW1 and GW2 are extended to community based
physiotherapists who are SPA members at no charge. This is made
possible by the kind donation of Toh Kian Chui Foundation. The SPA
membership number is to be quoted in the registration form,
accompanied by an official letter from the place of work to verify
the status.
Registered participants are entitled
to:
1. Attend stated workshop sessions
or/and conference sessions and exhibition
2. One set of conference
package, inclusive of the book of abstract
3. Daily lunch and tea
breaks
Calculation of Registration
Fees
A discount of 10% will be
given to both combine workshop and congress registration.
Example 1:
SPA physiotherapist is interested in EW1 and Congress and register,
and make payment before 30 June 06
Fee Calculation: ($200 + $400) –
10% = $540.00
Example 2:
SPA physiotherapist is interested in EW1,
EW2 and Congress and register, and make payment before 30 June 06.
Fee Calculation: ($200 + $320 + $400) – 10% = $828.00
Example 3:
SPA
physiotherapist is interested in EW1, EW2, Congress and Banquet
Dinner, and register and make payment before 30 June 06. Fee
Calculation ($200 + $320 + $400) – 10% + $55 = $883.00
Example 4
SPA
community based physiotherapist is interested in GW1, GW2 and
Congress, and register and make payment before 30 June 06.
Fee Calculation ($100 + $210) FOC + $400 =
$400.00
Example 5
SPA
physiotherapist is interested in EW1 and EW2.
Fee Calculation $200 +
$320 = $520.00
Cancellation and Refund
The Conference Secretariat
must be notified in writing of cancellation of registration.
Before
15 July 06 50% of registration fees will be refunded.
After 15 July
06 No refund
